Buggy weekend! Room was not ready when we arrived an hour later than check in. Staff did their best to complete as quickly as possible, but the room was bug infested. Needless to say the wife was not happy!

Dont be cheap and go elsewhere Room smelled of cigarettes, clearly had not been cleaned in a few visits. Towels and bed sheets were yellow.

Did not have a reserved room available after overbooking, tried to charge more for a smaller room than my original room cost, and finally was told the second floor was the top floor by the attendant on duty after trying to make sure I was in a low noise area because I had my dog with me. This is a three-floor facility. This is outside of the hotel's control, but there were several very odd individuals around the hotel. One individual was sitting on my car's front bumper and did not respond when spoken to. Overall an odd area... read more

Terrible- This was terrible. I trust the reviews and had higher hopes than this. When we arrived, the couch bed was completely unusable. The closet was broken. The towels had stains and the bed sheets were stained. There were crumbs at the bottom indicating that the sheets were not changed between users. There was mold in the shower. Had we not gotten it at 12:30am, I would have left. The kids socks were black indicating that the floors were not clean. When sleeping it felt like bugs were crawling on us. Poor maintained room, bathroom door would not close & latch because door hit jam, broken handicap bar with jagged metal edges which could cause a serious cut, entrance door sweep missing that has a 1 inch gap, main light cover hanging partially off, countertop molding coming off, dirty walls, hard bed, …….

Uncomfortable is an understatement The place is old. Towels were cleaned but you could see they were at least 5 years old, even had holes!. The bathroom counter along with the shower pan hasn’t been cleaned in a while and were stained. Lastly the bed covered had stains on it. I had to sleep fully cloth.

BEWARE OF AWFUL ODOR I travel with my dog, so I was put in a “pet room.” No carpet, ok, understandable. But it was cold, zero color or decor. Again, one night, whatever. However, THE ODOR WAS HORRENDOUS. It smelled like stale smoke, which made me sick to my stomach and triggered a migraine. Even my dog refused to eat. On top of that, the mattress was so thin, springs dug into my back. Even if I managed to fall asleep despite the smell, I was woken up being stabbed by springs.
