I want my refund!! Well it started out great but then some of the staff were rude. And I kept my room clean and just asked for towels and toiletries and was met with rudeness about how much we could have that day? The location was great being next to the mall. Most of the time they didn't have issue with payment but when I had to cancel and go to another hotel I was charged anyway even tho I canceled in plenty of time(before 6pm) and was told they didn't charge my card but someone did and now I can't get my refund after a we... read more

Poor place, no service between days Back door entry makes you feel like you are in a ghetto. Dated interior. Stayed two nights no one made the bed, changed towels, etc. Cleaning people outside the door just talking and making noise without doing any cleaning at least in my room.

Bad service It was bad couldn’t sleep for all the noise smoke smell was awful an bugs .... I was so upset to pay what I did for a mess like that 😒

Horrible experiencia El Hotel necesita remodelación urgente! Aspecto de áreas comunes indeseable. Yo estaba hospedada sola y me dió temor la entrada por el estacionamiento por la parte de trasera. Solo estaba esa habitación disponible y estaba muy cerca de la puerta de entrada.. Apenas pude dormir con el ruido que hacía la puerta al tirarla. Muchos hombres entrando por ahí. Al día siguiente cancelé mi estadía. No vuelvo ni lo recomiendo a nadie
