falls claims lied about me dumping paint, down the toilet and charged me and additional 300 dollars, just go to one of the other hotels that are better in the area

unfortunately, upon inspection after departure we noticed the paint bubbling in the toilet when flushed which resulted in ius having to pull the toilet and scrape the paint out of the toilet which we have video evidence and showed you the pictures and video of this issue. For this reason, you were charged. Once again, I hope this helps explain the charges.

Didn't really have much interaction with the staff but the room was dusty. My son was playing on the carpet and when he got up his legs were covered with dust. Place could use a bit updating. There grab and go breakfast didn't make much sense. The hotel is in a great area.

The furniture in the room was deplorable. I will never recommend anyone to stay at extended stay. Expedia did not help with my situation, I pay for an extra night. The picture that is shown online of the hotel is false. I will not recommend anyone to use Expedia either.

When I checked in, I saw I had a problem with the television brought it to the front desk's attention. Nobody ever came to refix or replace the t.V. Ask for a coffee pot for the room. Since there was not one there, how to run it through 10 times before the water would stop coming through the pot Brown. Period the hallway on the 2nd floor reap the marijuana for my entire stay. Its very dirtt The entire hotel was dirty. I don't think they ever vacuum or mop. Our room literally had someone’s dirty socks in the bathroom, the counter was gross, nobody bothered to wipe it down and none of the floors were clean. The hall, elevator and room all had very dirty floors. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the tv remote did not have batteries.

The grab n go breakfast was a joke!! I was there at 6:30am to grab something and there was coffee, sugar, 1 bag of oatmeal and some hot chocolate. There was no other food or creamer available. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

They advertise a complementary breakfast. Oatmeal and prepackaged muffins don’t constitute a breakfast to me. I wouldn’t care if they didn’t provide breakfast but don’t advertise it if you’re not going to provide it so guests can make other arrangements.
