Don’t go there My daughter and I had to share a bed and constantly woke up out of our sleep asking what the noises were. It was like living in an apartment. The breakfast included was a small basket at the reception desk with cereal bars and mini muffins. One of the queen sized beds had a live roach in the pillows. This same bed had a stain on the sheets. The towel rack, where fresh towels are stored is rusted. The bathroom vent/fan was also rusted. The only staff I ever saw during my stay was the receptionist. This Extended Sty Facility washorrible compated ones we have stayed at in other states. No room service, if you wanted to get clean towels you had to pay for them, breakfast chouces wete grab & go that I wouldn't have feed to anyone. There was one staff woman who called me a witch because I asked her how come thete were no granola bars or oatmeal. Even though I reserved for 3 adult I was told they could only give me kitchenware for 2 because they needed to have enough for all guest. Made no semse.

Staff is horrible. I did not stay due to their inconsistency with information. This is second time I have dealings with this place and I will never do it again. The staff needs to be fully trained as one says one thing and another says something else. I called a day before to let them know I was not able to come in until the day of check out early morning and they told me to just call when I arrive. But not the case. Shower dripped water regardless of turning it fully off. Bathroom sink bowl was cracked. Bed was hard as were the pillows. The blanket was closer to the thickness of a sheet.
