Arrived an hour after check in. Their WiFi was out of order so they couldn’t check anyone in. Completely unacceptable. There should be a contingency plan for when this occurs. Ended up having to stay in the lobby for an hour, until their WiFi was restored. Worst part, they have no clue what happened. They don’t seem like competent or empowered employees.

The staff was nice but the hotel was dirty. Everything was dirty.

My room was located on the second floor and the guest above were very NOISY. Also, the tub I needed to step into to take a shower was VERY unclean!

Don’t miss your flight Here’s a Tip when you are thinking about booking this hotel, “a hotel is in the travel industry, so if you are five minutes late to your plane you miss it, it’s the same with a hotel” Those words came from your amazing manager Bryan! I booked my hotel around 10 pm and made the two hour drive to the hotel, I had to use the bathroom when I got there so since the bathroom was locked and I danced around the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for someone to return as the sign said than used the bathroom you guess... read more

If you like sleeping in your car book a room Got to the hotel late from driving with my child only to find out the hotel had canceled my rooms and gave them to someone else so me and my family had to sleep in our cars when asked why they were canceled ramone would not give a reason or a solutions!

Unfortunately, you made the reservation for the 5th and did not show up until the 6th and so the reservation was automatically cancelled to run the hotels reports as per reservation agreement.
