Bad Check in They Stay wasfine it was the check into the hotel that upset me a bit. I booked a room through hotels Com ,i had just driven 7 hours. I get to the room the front desk tells me the room isnt available and i would have to pay for and upgrade. I dosnt raise a fuss but was very frustrated. Not sure how the room was taken if it was booked earlier through the app. Luckily i hD the cash to back it up but a 20 buck a night upgrade is a lot when I was expecting less.

My reservation was cancelled due to over booking and I still haven’t gotten a refund!

I was not very happy with the fact that I wasn't eligible for a nights refund even though we checked out a day early. Since it was booked via expedia, "hotel policy" prohibited a refund of that night that we didn't use. And yes, we checked out well before the 11:00 check out time.

The person checking us in told us nothing--you have to check out a coffee maker--could not get us an extra pillow til the following morning as they did not have any at the front desk and housekeeping was gone. Breakfast was non exsiting---out of regular coffee and the only food items were pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. Nothing like the pictures online. The hotel was filthy. Horrible place to stay It was horrible there was no hot breakfast as well it was advertised on their website even their overnight front desk clerk said that the breakfast would be served no hot breakfast ever wasn't even a continental breakfast no pop in the pop machines no cream for the coffee it was horrible

I stay in Lawton every single weekend. I stayed at Extended Stay for 4 day over Christmas. The room was dirty, there was a sock behind the dresser and trash under the bed. They accused me of stealing the phone cord from the room and now I’m banned from all the extended stays. I would definitely recommend you spend the e tea $20 and go to My Suites.
