Coming out of the elevator there was blood and a washcloth in the floor. I checked in on a Saturdaynand when I decided to cuty stay short and leave on Monday, the blood was still there. There does not seem to be daily cleaning done in this hotel, or any "deep" cleaning as advertised. Dog hair all over the carpet in my room and in the hallway outside of my door. I'm not your cleaning crew. Flies in room due to guests being asked to put their own room trash into a "dumpster" located at the end of the hallway. No room cleaning. Prepackaged muffins or granola bars. Desk clerk ran through the list of trash/cleaning/checkout restrictions so fast that no one could understand a thing she said.

We are an extended stay brand hotel which is geared towards long term stays, this means we do not have the staff on board for nightly housekeeping such as Holiday Inn express. We go through all of these details upon check in with each and every guest and you have to initial on the IPad next to each one. I am very sorry if the extended stay style hotels did not fit your needs.

They didn’t even have any trash cans in the rooms, you have to take all trash out to a large bin in the hallway. My teenage daughter could have really used a can in the bathroom for feminine products. And the free breakfast was a joke. Coffee and a stale muffin? Not even any juice or milk? Will never stay again or recommend.

I'll start by saying I'm not an animal lover. But I figured when the website says pet friendly...there will be animals. However, I didn't realize everyone would have an animal!! Ha. It was a little overwhelming. However, the only issues with the room was having to stand in water while taking a shower...yuck! Very old...ceiling falling down. And no breakfast even though they claim to have breakfast!

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our breakfast is a grab-n-go breakfast located in the cupboard and front desk areas between 6:30am to 9:30am.
We had a delay at the airport so I call to say we would be late. They said sorry at 2am you are out of luck, our audit goes into place. I said “can I check in on the phone or give you my credit card?” They responded with “no.” So we barley made it with 3 min to spare. The walls were so thin we could hear everything. There was a party on our floor one night and they had to finally call the police to come.
