After an unbelievably negative experience with the manager at Extended Stay America, I left. For 40 minutes I tried to get help to get into my room, but staff was so busy making fun of the guest checking in before me with a declined credit card and cash issues, they couldn’t find kindness to provide me with assistance, which I obviously needed. Anyway, I moved up (figuratively and literally) to Baymont where I was blessed with a friendly staff, a tidy room, a quiet night of rest, and unsolicited offer of assistance. Kindness... read more

Customer service was horrible. I called down to let them know toilet would not flush and she asked me to go get a plunger and take it down myself.

Cancelled my room without notification!!!! I booked the room on Hotels.com and received a confirmation but when my husband got there they had cancelled his room due to over booking. No one notified me of this!

I did not get a chance to stay at this hotel because my reservation, that I made 2 weeks prior, was bumped and given to someone else. TERRIBLE! Had to scramble to find another hotel. DO BETTER!

The people was very nice the beds very uncomfortable pillows very uncomfortable. Also very noisy.
