Hotel had bugs and when we brought it to the front desks attention they said we probably have a psychological issue.

Well first of all there are no waste baskets in the rooms. The emotionless receptionist will inform you that they will charge you if you leave trash in the room. There is no cleaning service either. For two people in the room foe 2 days they give one little soap bar and one little shampoo bottle and that’s it for your stay. You want fresh towels you need to bring your old ones down to reception. Not clean. The service was bad

Unreasonable early check in policy The motel has a check in time of 3:00 pm. We arrived at 1:00 pm and were told that we would be charged an additional $25 per hour to check in at 1:00 pm. I have never before had a motel charge for early check in and $25 per hour seems quite exorbitant to me.

Toilet in my room was stopped up. Called the front desk and they said I can come get a plunger. Asked for another room and was told no rooms were available. Will not stay again

The hotel is clean, safe, and quiet. There was no restrooms available to guest in the lobby area. There was an "Employees Only" sign posted in the women and men restroom in the lobby, restroom doors were locked. The front desk clerk, made me feel unwelcomed and was just rude. I drove 5.5 hours from texas, and took a chance to ask the clerk if I could check in early. The location was good for us. The first staff member we talked to was very unfriendly. We had to go to the front desk to get dishes for the kitchenette and then again to get a blanket for the bed.

No amenities at all people at check in were not friendly or very helpful it was like we were a pain. Phone in room didn’t work and was nasty like it was never cleaned just horrible I will not stay again ever
