I liked the ability for the staff to fluctuate with changes to our travel plans. However the staff members were often times rude or immature when interacting with guest. The amenities were either broken or non existent for use. But my biggest issue because we booked through a third-party, we could not adjust our reservation to stay a couple days. Which we had to create a new reservation, which reset all the additional fee’s. Overall we appreciated our stay on this property, but in my opinion the staff and the property need a... read more

Not so good service. They left someone’s shorts on the bathroom floor. No ice machine.

Poor service The desk clerk did not answer phone and was unavailable to check us in had to wait almost an hour for her to appear. The manager that i spoke with the next day did not seem to care about the front desk clerk being gone for so long. There was never any coffee made and there was not a coffee maker in our room.

My room smelled as though it had not been cleaned. Besides coffee and tea nothing was available for breakfast.

Problem with booking after calling the hotel needed to extend for another day told us we could pay when we checked out woke us up told we had to take care of it right then the people were rude no breakfast as advertised horrible stay
