The staff was extremely friendly, on top of their stuff and was very hosptial. However,the property itself was not AT ALL what was shown on the pictures for the property. We were expecting an updated, well maintained property that didn't look like it was falling apart and the staff doing their best to up keep it with what very little help they probably do get from Extended Stay America Corp. The hotel is run down but for the price I guess that is what you get.
