Tuve un caso de transfobia y homofobia con la recepcionista que me puso todo difícil para hospedarme tanto así que me cobraron 200$ extras de depósito sino no me podía hospedar en el hotel Y ya no podía cancelar la reserva porque perdería mi dinero entonces estoy muy molesto con el personal y quiero que me devuelvan mi depósito ahora mismo pondré medidas sobre el personal si no me hacen el reembolso tendré que demandar a la compañía

Don’t walk . . . RUN to Another Hotel I arrived earlier than expected for a 1 night business stay. I was charged an early arrival fee and gave me a room on the third floor. I was then told that the elevator doesn’t work. The room was dirty and old/rough condition. My view was of the parking lot where people opened their car doors, blasted their radios and drank. I needed to print something but they don’t have a computer or printer. Will never stay at an Extended Stay Hotel again.

Terrible It appears that the hotel houses homeless people. The paying guests appeared to be mostly minorities and it was VERY evident management did not care that much. Garbage strewn through the hall, no one attending the front desk and undisclosed deposit fee of $100 surprised at check-in . Old pilliws and mattress, insects in the bathroom and dirty bathroom floor

Said they had no rooms, but there was a room that someone else would not take, because it smelled like smoke. I needed a room, so I took it.

There was a dog in the room next to us with uncontrollable barking for our two night stay. When we talked to the front desk she said she knew nothing about it. Definitely made our stay unenjoyable.

People live in this hotel. So it’s kind of a welfare hotel. The breakfast isn’t really a breakfast. Just a muffin in a plastic bag. The room was kind of cheap and cold
