Absolute horror show of a hotel. Property is dilapidated. My first room had a leak under the sink and a smoke alarm that kept beeping. Told the staff at 8:30am about it and when I came back in the evening it was never fixed. Called them again and they said that maintenance left for the day and they had to change my room. Gave me an “upgraded room” to compensate and the first thing I saw in the bathroom when I walked in was a live roach in the bathroom. Called Orbitz for help and they were useless. Just gave me a $25 credit

I wish I read the reviews before wasting my money at this place . I got to the hotel and they had a sign at the desk that they would Be right back waited 20 mins only to realize the girl was sitting right back there to the side. While waiting to check in I saw multiple people walking in and out and it just looked like a sketchy place, finally checked in get to my room And it smelled so bad. Poor condition-cockroach Book this hotel while home was under renovation Since it was pet friendly, and we would have a kitchenette. To our surprise, upon checking, there was an additional $25 plus tax, pet fee/day which was not indicated when booking. The room was very old and there is nothing stocked inside. You have to ask Frontdesk for everything from shampoo to dishes. Worst of all there was a cockroach running across the floor!! Only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable

Disgusting hotel. They don’t advertise that it’s a welfare section 8 hotel. They only clean the room every 2 weeks. God forbid you want new sheets and clean towels, you will have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk for replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY BUG INFESTED HOTEL.

check in was a hassle they were having trouble with the payment. no one was a the desk to check out i wanted a copy of the receipt because of the payment issue and we saw a roach in the room
