There was a dog in the room next to us with uncontrollable barking for our two night stay. When we talked to the front desk she said she knew nothing about it. Definitely made our stay unenjoyable.

People live in this hotel. So it’s kind of a welfare hotel. The breakfast isn’t really a breakfast. Just a muffin in a plastic bag. The room was kind of cheap and cold

No house keeping / Obligation to bring/exchange towels directly at the lobby. NO Toilets Paper Incredible

Unhappy customer Horrible experience with mellenia or whoever the girl on night shift was. Room was not up to par nor what i expected. It wasnt what i saw in the picture and what i booked the room for. I saw a carpeted room with stove and oven. Stove was available but no oven. Brought tons of food with hopes to stay for the week. Fridge not getting cold only thing that works is the freezer. It was an old fridge and Outside of it was very dirty. From a scale of 1 thru 10 i would give this hotel a 4. It's a bit run down.
