The building is ok but once you go thru the doors one could see the upkeep was not that great, entry doors dirty finger prints all over the doors , elevator floors needed to be swept, my room smelled like cigarettes. Was advised no muffins for breakfast only granola bars. List of services in room mentioned must bring down dirty towels in exchange for clean towels. One of customers had dog and next morning their was dog poop by front entry area, I advised clerk she went to look at and when I left the dog poop was still there.... read more

Very outdated and overpriced I stayed here with my family over the new year I stayed here with my family over the new year to go to the Rose Bowl Because it was close, but next time I would pay more to stay someplace nicer. The hotel is not updated at all. We ran out of water every time we took a shower. There were absolutely no amenities. I have stayed at places five times nicer for 1/3 the price.
