My room was close to the freeway and thats all I could hear was traffic ALL night. Didnt sleep well at all. Woke up tired both nights

The property was not clean and things didn’t work in the room (lights/tv/shower head). The staff wasn’t professional and didn’t seem to care about the issues with the rooms. We were moved 3 times before we just couldn’t take it anymore and left without getting any sleep. After, traveling over 3000 miles to get to our destination.

Unprofessionalism The hotel overbooked and did not contact me to inform me. I arrived at the hotel and they said that they do not have a room for me. I think this is very unprofessional on the hotel’s behalf.

My stay was no where close to good, it wasn’t CLEANED AT ALL. I thought Especially how this whole pandemic is happening, it would be very well kept and cleaned for me but it wasn’t. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, the restroom was gross, I didn’t even feel comfortable to take a shower because there was hair all over the tub and shower area. Disappointing communication between the hotel and Expedia. The administration was not proactive. Breakfast alternative was not arranged for the customer.
