Unprofessionalism The hotel overbooked and did not contact me to inform me. I arrived at the hotel and they said that they do not have a room for me. I think this is very unprofessional on the hotel’s behalf.

My stay was no where close to good, it wasn’t CLEANED AT ALL. I thought Especially how this whole pandemic is happening, it would be very well kept and cleaned for me but it wasn’t. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, the restroom was gross, I didn’t even feel comfortable to take a shower because there was hair all over the tub and shower area. Disappointing communication between the hotel and Expedia. The administration was not proactive. Breakfast alternative was not arranged for the customer.

They have ants all over the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I had to leave and I lost out on money, they we’re very rude!!!

Smokey & absolutely undesirable w/ dirty carpet. This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but that is far from what it was! Third floor either smelled like a used ashtray or you had to walk through a cloud getting to your room because people smoke in their rooms. I couldn’t handle it and I literally checked out three hours after I checked in! The carpets are dirty so don’t dare walk with their feet! Bring Clorox Wipes Dirty sticky floor, ants in bathroom, burnt hole on countertop, dirty door, used bandaid under bed. Mattress had stain on it. Smoke alarm loose and hanging from ceiling. Toilet paper shoved in peephole. Sheets and towels were clean and room was quiet. Good air conditioner and water pressure.
