very unsatisfied I was put on the 3rd floor but change to the 2nd floor due to a guess across from me having some sort of argument "being loud". But the 2nd-floor T.V channels were malfunctioning and when I reported to the front desk the young man told me to just simply get a Pen or hair clip and try to restart it from the back which didn't work, so no T.V. at all.

My only complaint is that the property says it is smoke free, but the first night we got there the hallway smelled of weed. The second night there the same, only this time the smell came into our room. Honestly, it bothered me more so because of my son. And because it was also my last night, I didn’t think changing rooms was practical. When I mentioned it at check out, the person at front desk said I should’ve complained that night. For the price that we pd $300 night, there was very little service. Room was in need of repairs, not clean. Very disappointing.

My last time with Extended America 4 occupants only 1 bath towel, missing hair dryer, A/C unit smells funny, everything looks old and outdated, broken toilet seat, full kitchen but no basic pots and pans, not even a cup is available. We have been staying Extended America many times and this will be the last time.
