Horrible place to stay Horrible disgusting and dirty smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall, had no towels no management is ever working day or night, Employees are not trained rooms were not Clean and lights in the room didn’t work, horrible experience, i’m demanding full refund! The City of Arcadia code Compliance needs to be called

I usually have two requirements when it comes to hotels: cleanliness and in a safe environment. The cleanliness was poor. The worst I have stayed at.

No parking people hanging out in front smoking. Smelled like nothing but smoke. Went to check in to be told all rooms have been sold out for a week. Nothing they could do for me searched for hour 1/2 at 11pm at night for a hotel. Had to pay an extra. I guess I can say it was a blessing in disguise to not stay there. Would never go back.

Hotels.Com/Expedia left us homeless on Vacation The hotel was unsanitary! When entering into the room and it had a strong order, there was hair in the kitchen sink, also in the bath tub, the bath tub just look gross all together! I called the front desk and asked to be relocated, she advised me to contact Hotels.com/Expedia to relocate me, which I did to get no help! I got the run around from Hotels.com/Expedia’s operators. I plan to write the company to complain. I've never done that before, but this time, I feel it is necessary. 1 - The elevator was out of order. Wouldn't be repaired for at least 4 hrs. 2-We had a double room. All double rooms are upstairs so we had to lug all our luggage up stairs. I am physically impaired. There was no one to assist us. The stairwell is really POORLY lit. The room was clean, but small. No hair dryer or coffee maker in room. Breakfast is a joke.. coffee and breakfast bars in the lobby. no juice, nothing else... read more
