I booked through Expedia and when I got to hotel they said they were booked and had no rooms available. The girl at front desk didn’t even look at me such bad customer service. They didn’t accommodate me or try to find another hotel for us. My credit card was charged and now I have to dispute it.

Weed smell in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. The property as such was kept clean. Nice dog park in the back parking lot.

Never checked in, staff we’re discussing the lack of clean rooms as I tried to check in. They did not have any rooms available for me or offer any alternatives despite having the reservation.

When I arrived I went to my room and the cleaning cart was inside and no bedding was on the bed, looks like it was about to be cleaned. Got a second room only to find cockroaches throughout the room and dog hair still all over the floor. I got a refund and stayed at another hotel.

Great location which makes it easier to deal with the nasty room conditions. The stove was rusted and microwave was rusted as well. And the bedding was absolutely disgusting. Bedskirts had white scum all over and carpet has not been cleaned at all.
