My reservation was done in Arcadia, Ca. I initially reserved a 1 bedroom 1 bed & when I checked-in they were all booked & gave me a 2 beds full size. Supposedly, it was the only one left & it was considered an upgrade. Our room #204, 2nd Fl their smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. I had never seen anything like that, carpet dirty & their kitchen floor was stain. I dont recommend this hotel & definitely will not be staying in another Extended Stay. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Was given a room with no TV working. And only one bed. Had to move to another hotel

Terrible experience with my family staying at this hotel. Need to do something about it

The only thing good about this property was it was close to The City of Hope. Staff nice, bathroom towels were paper thin just like the thin cardboard T.P., kitchenette was old and outdated, no blankets for the beds, shower dirty, floors dirty, and it smelled of cigarette's!! It was a non-smoking room. This was not a Continental breakfast. It was tea, coffee, muffin and breakfast bar only. Shame on Expedia for recommending it. I will not be booking with either again!!!! Pictures look nothing like the Hotel!!

Brought towels to desk for fresh ones but desk had none. Got a blanket from reception and next morning covered with bedbug bites.

I checked out earlier and they did not put in it their system so I did not get a refund for it. The breakfast that was offered was a joke which just some granola and coffee.
