The most terrible management I have experienced. Terrible, rude staff. Stains all over the bath tub upon arrival. There were other issues as well. When questioned, The staff was dismissive, inconsistent, rude and unreasonable telling the guest go somewhere else to stay. Kitchenwares asked upon arrival and was told the staff will bring it in 30 min. Nothing was brought up for 2 hours. When tried to call from my room, they did not answer. Not enough parking spaces for all of the rooms, but our big problem was a double paned window that can't be closed, even by staff. Right against the 210 freeway, so sleep wasn't anywhere near what it should have been.

VERY DISSAPOINTED Hotel was dirty but room was worst! Front desk guy was very polite and upset about my complains and he tried to help. The bed sheets had lots of hair, dry stains and used!!, he offered to give me clean sheets but I had to make my own bed, bring the dirty sheets down and waited for more than 2 hours to get them. However he did reimburse me for a night (had a 2 night stay). It is supposed to take up to 6 business day to have it back on my account so let's see.... very unsatisfied I was put on the 3rd floor but change to the 2nd floor due to a guess across from me having some sort of argument "being loud". But the 2nd-floor T.V channels were malfunctioning and when I reported to the front desk the young man told me to just simply get a Pen or hair clip and try to restart it from the back which didn't work, so no T.V. at all.

My only complaint is that the property says it is smoke free, but the first night we got there the hallway smelled of weed. The second night there the same, only this time the smell came into our room. Honestly, it bothered me more so because of my son. And because it was also my last night, I didn’t think changing rooms was practical. When I mentioned it at check out, the person at front desk said I should’ve complained that night.
