Staff was unkind. Notified for late check-in in advance but the staff wasn't aware of it and tried not to accept me check-in without looking into records until I told her to do so. The room was not cleaned well and maintained sub par.

Th hotel is too old and the furniture and condition are too old. First night on Friday the room had fridge too noisy so that I can't sleep week. Staff changed another room for me starting Saturday but the room window can't close and the room is next towards to the highway. Extreme noisy so can't sleep at all. Staff can't call in maintenance guy to repair window until Monday so I had to stay two nights with the issue and no rooms available for change over that weekend. The receptionist ignored for 5 or more minutes on our arrival and then was very curt. The room was not ready when we entered. (The maids were very courtesy) The counter top, bathroom and furniture was in need or repair or replacement. The Ad in Travelocity said Breakfat was included. Breakfast was a muffin, granola bar and coffee. Definitely not what we expected.

Door didn’t work for hours and had me run up and down To get help and I missed a session

I booked through Expedia and when I got to hotel they said they were booked and had no rooms available. The girl at front desk didn’t even look at me such bad customer service. They didn’t accommodate me or try to find another hotel for us. My credit card was charged and now I have to dispute it.

Weed smell in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. The property as such was kept clean. Nice dog park in the back parking lot.

Never checked in, staff we’re discussing the lack of clean rooms as I tried to check in. They did not have any rooms available for me or offer any alternatives despite having the reservation.
