The only thing good about this property was it was close to The City of Hope. Staff nice, bathroom towels were paper thin just like the thin cardboard T.P., kitchenette was old and outdated, no blankets for the beds, shower dirty, floors dirty, and it smelled of cigarette's!! It was a non-smoking room. This was not a Continental breakfast. It was tea, coffee, muffin and breakfast bar only. Shame on Expedia for recommending it. I will not be booking with either again!!!! Pictures look nothing like the Hotel!!

Brought towels to desk for fresh ones but desk had none. Got a blanket from reception and next morning covered with bedbug bites.

I checked out earlier and they did not put in it their system so I did not get a refund for it. The breakfast that was offered was a joke which just some granola and coffee.

Disgusting I did not expect a hotel in this area to be in such condition, $60.00 or $50.00 dollars a night would be a fare rate, not over $100.00 I trusted the pictures posted and some positive comments, big mistake, is the first time and last for Extended Stay. Is clear that neither a manager nor supervisor ever checks if rooms are clean. Perhaps the Health Department should pay a visit, someone needs to do their job.

I did not like anything. They gave away my reservation before 9 pm. They would have been able to charge a cancellation fee in full, so they did not have to give it away. They tried to get the room charge from a new guest as well as charge a cancellation fee from me. Double dipping.

The stay was horrible. We left , my family and I got there. The hotel smelled, the room was dirty and there were ants in the bed. We got our stuff and left, we were forced to look for another hotel it was so late and we were tired. But there was no way we were going to stay there.
