Should be a homeless shelter, not a hotel The first room that was assigned had blood stained pillow and hair on the sheets! The second had a grimy shower and unsanitary carpet. I had no choice but to stay here thoroughly disgusted

WORST HOTEL EVER This was hands down the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at and to boot, this was a business trip for my company. This extended stay housed all the rifraf from the area and you could obviously tell that that hotel was their home. Everything looks run down and honestly disgusting. I thought I was splurging for my clients with this hotel, come to find out it was embarrassing. breakfast? Coffee, to go muffins and bars so don’t be fooled. the room wasn’t properly cleaned. When we came in the windows were opened, the sink had someone’s false eyelashes, and when we were in the lobby, a customer asked for a fresh towel, and he was told they are all out of towels. From what i heard, this customer asked them for a fresh towel the day before. Bed wasn’t comfortable, it reminded me of a murphy bed. I would avoid this place of i were you.

Demand redund I couldn’t stay there I didn’t feel safe. I left and stayed somewhere else. First experience was standing at front desk for 20 minutes and no one at counter to check me in. Parking lot didn’t feel safe. There were other guests that looked like transients that made me feel uncomfortable. I was traveling alone too. Halls looked like a creepy run down dorm or jail. Room smelled and toilet had rust ring around bottom. I demand my money back.

When I got to the property I realized the toilet tissue was damp but I thought it was maybe from some water up top the sink that may have ran down so I ignored it well the very nxt morning upon check out i discovered that it was an actual water leak underneath the sink...so I called downstairs to mention it and the staff told me they can switch my room but like I said I was checking out so when I asked for some type of accomidation not a full refund or anyhting she stated to me that it was applicable for that. Do not stay here! I walked into my room, set my purse down on the counter and two seconds later a roach crawled out. I grabbed my whole family (we had gotten two rooms because there were 7 of us total) and we grabbed our bags and left as fast as we could. I took a picture of the roach because as we were leaving they were coming out from behind the refrigerator! Absolute worst place I’ve ever booked!

Worst hotel ever (noise) Stay away from room 216, the top floor must be a Utility room or laundry room. All night long footsteps traffic. I was about to leave the hotel at 4 am could not sleep with all the footsteps pounding the ceiling all night. At first I thought it was rowdy guest and I thought they would go to sleep but no I'm not kidding foot steps all night , closing doors, laundry and dryer on 24/7. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed.
