The carpet was very dirty. There was no ironing board but there was an iron. There were no bath towels we had to ask and pick them up at the front desk. The sheets were ery worn and the pillows were hard/worn out. There was no hair dryer in the room had to request one and pick up at the front desk. The heater unit was extremely loud. There was no housekeeping provided daily. We would not stay there again.

Do not recommend One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed only a few hours, once the roaches appeared we checked out.

Awful stay This was an awefuk stay. First they did not have my booked room clean or available. I waited 45 minutes for them to provide me not one dirty room, but to both rooms. No towels, dirty, n9 soaps and i was just too tired to complain to a manager thay was notvthere and was aware of the issues before he left. Do not stay at this hotel it was dirty and I eben had to sleep with my clothes on so I didnt touch the sheets or bed.

Es el peor hotel que he llegado, teniamos dos habitaciones, una con olor a humedad tremendo, la alfombra mojada. No habia toallas en ninguna cuarto, ni shampoo. Pediamos los utensilios para la cocineta y nunca los llevaron. El elevador descompuesto y nos toco en el 4 piso. El trato del personal inadecuado. Y las instalaciones muy sucias

Room was not ready on check in. Rooms smell terrible and there seemed to be long term tenents at this property. One floor sounded like there was a domestic dispute occurring. Absolutely terrible.
