The room next to mine flooded, and I had to blockade my door with towels. When I did this, a centipede ran out of a towel (as if being flooded wasn't enough). I was then promised a credit for one of my days due to the flooding and having to move to a different room (not to mention the centipede). They then proceeded to bill me for all three days, and I had to spend the next three days attempting to contact the hotel manager to find out why I was billed for three days when they had promised me I would only be charged for two.... read more

Very unhappy I was very disappointed with my stay. I originally tried to book a room with two beds and it wouldn’t let me online so when I got to the property I asked to switch it and Jordan the gentleman working at the desk was very accommodating and was able to get me into a room with two beds. The next day I woke up two firetrucks police cars all kinds of noise and no explanation as to what was going on. Never Again, the Motel 6 Franchises are Notorious for holding on tight to their bottom line, and Care Less for Customer Service. I will Never Ever Recommend this Motel 6 to Family Member's nor Friends. This Property Manager Juana is Definitely a Company Person who practices Hold Tight To The Bottom Line, and CARE LESS of her customer's. Nordstrom's will refund or exchange broken or defective shoes year's down the road, Juana is more likely to throw the shoes at you as she is throwing you out the door. Dirty and bathrooms in bad shape. Leaking faucets. Old carpets. Amenities have to be ordered and front desk was reluctant to send it up because she was busy

I didn’t like the wait time. I had made previous reservation prior to showing up. I had to wait over 45 minutes just to check in.

Noisey 1st floor extremely noisy. Upstairs unit stomping on the floor through out the night and day. Dogs barking in hallways, people talking laughing all hours. Night clerk 1st night rectified situation immediately but continued the next day. Dog poop along the walkway on the entry.

There are some guests using marijuana on the property!!!!

Ac did not work on a really hot 95 degree day. We called to let them know they said there’s nothing they can do till tomorrow at check out to let them know so they can fix !! Disappointed paid a good amount for this hotel for the bad service!! Was so hot all night ! The bed every time I’ll move it will make so much noise !
