On check in we requested two queen beds, we got one King. We were just too tired to change the room so we just dealt with it.

no staff, toilet was clogged, just completely disappointed. still haven't received my deposit. I don't recommend this place or will I ever stay there.

I check in and went to the room. Worse hotel ever!!!! I have been to this Hotel in different locations, and I am shocked at how horrible this location 📍 is. I have read other reviews from two months ago, and it seems like nothing has been improved. We arrived to the area that was surrounded by trash and dirt. There was No upkeep of the property. Worst experience ever. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30AM after a delayed flight. Once we were in the lobby we were told we couldn’t check in due to an audit the computer was running and it would be 15 minutes. We waited in the lobby until 4:30AM to get a room. We couldn’t even cancel the reservation. We couldn’t even book another hotel at that hour on Hotels.com.
