Horrible customer service The lady at the front desk initially said to leave cuz she can not check us in due to the time she swore it was (12 a.m) but me and my boyfriend made her acknowledge that it was actually 11 p.m then she switched her story to she’s new and doesn’t know how to check people in “her bad”

Flophouse for near homeless Needed to contact lobby manager severs times due to noise of adjoining room. Needed to place a towel under door to avoid smell of marijuana smoke from outside the door. Upon leaving at 6:30am, lobby doors locked no one in site!

Don't stay if you can help it. The room was dirty. I alerted the front desk. When I came back, the table was kinda dirty. No elevator. If you're staying on the 2nd floor and you have a heavy suitcase, you're out of luck. When I was there, it rained, the hallway was slippery and I slipped and fell.

My room was disgusting. As soon as I opened my door I got a strong smell of cigarettes. There was splashes of food on the fridge. The sheets didn’t seem clean. There was even a stain on the sheets that looked like blood. I had to spray Lysol to get rid of the smell and wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes. I even checked the room to make sure there wasn’t any bed bugs because I wasn’t sure.

First time at extended stay facility. Check in staff was okay but check out staff did not respond to morning greeting. She asked for the keys to room. Found out at check in that if we needed new sheets and towels, that soiled sheets/towels have to be returned by us and then clean ones will be issued. This facility is very old and the carpet needs to be removed and replaced. I believe the musty smell and dust was in the carpet. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. AC did not work well. Heating was prepared at all.
