Bad,bad,bad. We arrived in Los Angeles just in time to get to the concert we were there for. Afterward, we went and ate and by the time we got to the hotel, it was after midnight. I was told too late to check in. I told I have never had that problem before. She said that is always every hotel rules. I told her every hotel (Hilton, etc.) I have been to, check in 3pm to 5am. Needless to say, she was rude. Customer service needs improvement. The room, dirty rugs.

Fiasco and Messy Overbooked. They moved me to the Extended Stay in Torrence and when I arrived it was also overbooked for the first night of my stay. I had to pay to stay at a best western that was nextdoor. The second night was not overbooked so i stayed at Extended Stay. Facility is a flashback to 1995. Everything is old and dated. The entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. My stay was comped since I had to pay out of pocket for the night at Best Western, but that doesnt compensate me for the anxiety I endured.

We had a late check in, we couldn't access the lobby, the door plate buzzed but didn't open the door, I called the Libby no one answered, outside the lobby was a phone to directly contact the person on duty, the phone to call the Lobby was broken. The person who was part of the housekeeping crew saw us and got the person who was supposed to be available. Smell like someone just smoke a cigarette for a non smoking room.🙁

The room was overpriced. The carpet needed to be replaced because it smelled dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes. The Air Conditioner was missing so small insects or animals could crawl through the vents from outside of the room. The bathroom was filthy like no one even bothered to clean it. The toilet seat was broken and had one screw to secure it. I bought cleaning supplies because there wasn't a housekeeper there to clean the room. I stayed here for two nights and their was bedbugs in one room…so I was moved to another room just for that one to have used tissues and a ok’d room key on the counter as if they just made the bed and nothing else… I was very disappointed

Noisy guests in other rooms slamming doors until 3am called front desk they said they would notify people to be quiet did not stop till 3am also several cigarette butts on stairs at what is a smoke free hotel I will never stay there again
