Dissatisfied Hotel staff friendly but don’t ever stayed in the first floor . People are loud, slamming doors, couldn’t get a goodnight rest.

The location was great, it is surrounded by many shops and by the freeway. The staircases smell pretty bad. The beds were terrible! 3 of the mattresses sink in pretty badly and gave us terrible back aches!

I drove from Las Vegas for a festival in town and this place was terrible. Many sketchy characters around and cars in the lot sitting on bricks. I didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveler and ended up driving back home. Don’t recommend at all

Overall not a great place to stay, the sofa bed was not even cleaned hence I could not use it! Found cockroaches everywhere in room which is terrible!

Noisy refrigerator and non-controlable noisy whole building air conditioner constantly turns on and off with a loud thug when it comes to a stop... unable to sleep. Not recommended.
