THIRD TIME TRYING TO SUBMIT THIS!! Why do you keep rejecting it? People need to know what they're getting themselves into if they stay here! This place is a health hazard. It's filthy. Infested with cockroaches. We couldn't even shower during our stay because roaches were falling out of the faucet. The hallways smelled like marijuana and cat urine. Homeless people hanging out in the lobby. I'm pretty sure they have more "residents" than guests. Obvious illegal activity going on ...they didn't even try to hide it. This place ... read more

The place was dirty and it smelled really bad in the hotel , the room was dirty especially the bath tub , torn carpet and a lot of vagrant people hanging around smoking marijuana at the door y’all need security, I will never stay there again or recommend

There was roaches in my room, the people that were staying there or hung around there tried to sell us Marijuana. The people on top of us stomped all day and night. People ran through the halls. All appliances and room need a major upgrade. Its a non smoking hotel but the halls smell like cigarettes. There was trash all throughout the hallways and elevator. Do not recommend staying here at all.

This is a HORRIBLE hotel! It needs to be torn down. From the outside it looks fine but once you step inside, you'll regret making the reservation. We cancelled and moved to a hotel next door that was the same price and so clean. Such a disappointment!!

Zero Uncleaned, used towels folded and garabage all over and no faucet works, I want my refund and no break fast and no front desk person in morning. No shampoo and no dishware

It smelled like weed and cigarettes, was dirty, had loud music after midnight, and ran out of coffee in the morning. Do not stay here.

My 20-year old daughter who is well traveled stayed there with her friend because their flight was cancelled. They said that, although the desk and security employees tried to make them feel safe, they did not. They said they heard people fighting and just wanted to lock themselves in the room.

The room we were checked into was absolutely HORRID! Smashed two roaches when we walked in and saw one on the headboard of the bed and said, “NOPE!”. The carpet looked like it was stained all over and hadn’t been cleaned or bleached - Room 351 just needs to be completed recarpeted or maybe burned down…? The shower had mold around the tub, the bed skirt was dragging on the floor, and the kitchen counter had coffee stains.
