I had reserved a KING SIZE BED and you guys gave me a queen size. Fridge is not working not getting cold and lots of FLEAS in the room. Further more the appliance not working such as microwave oven not turning and the sink really smell bad and carpet looks so damn dirty. This would be the last time and never will stay at this property.

Well had to change rooms cause ac didnt work, then the hotel rooms are still dirty, theres no shower head , ppl are loud af, theres NO breakfast , pool is closed and theres cold coffee absolutely waste of money to top it off the elevator doesnt work and im on the 3rd floor its a trashy place

Shower did not work and toilet’s overflowing . Told manager about problem and nothing was done to fix or help. I had to work and no one cared enough to help me . Sad so I had no choice to make do. I should of saved my money and slept in my car .

The staff made the stay very tolerable. No wash cloths available for 2 day?!? and visible roaches adult and baby roaches in my room

Worst experience ever! The room was dirty, the lobby smelled like mold and rot. There was trash and dog feces all over the property. I only took pictures outside, I’ll leave the inside to your imagination…. Don’t stay here!
