I liked everything other than the room i got was next to the freeway and the window was not sound proof so i couldn’t sleep with all the cars driving by none stop at night time.

Our check in time was at 3 pm but we didn’t show up until 7pm. And still showing up late the rooms weren’t clean or prepared. Dirty bathroom, bed not done, waited to check.

We could not even check in the doors to property were locked and no one at the front desk we called hotel directly and no one answered had to travel 2 hours home

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in Ontario, both with the staff and the room. I made booking months in advance and needed to change from a 1 bed to a 2 bed, a very common and easy accommodation. I called the hotel in October to make the change, was told I HAD to go through expedia even though that specific accommodation has nothing to do with the booking company and everything to do with the hotel. Hotel was dirty. Carpeting old, dirty and falling apart. there was trash bag left outside of our room left by the prior guests that was never picked up. Bedding old. missing closet door. Kitchen had no dishes, silverware, etc. you have to "check it out" from the front desk if you need them. Nightmare. We did not stay the second night, felt unsafe.

Don't go The 1st room they gave me was not clean was not made up. The 2nd room they gave me the TV did not work the the phone in the room did not work and there was roaches in the shower.

The staff were helpful under the circumstances. I liked having a kitchen. The lobby, elevator and halls were ugly and dirty. The room door keys were not working so if you left your room you couldn’t get back in without help.

Property looks good from the outside, but its like a homeless Shelter inside.
