Cheap and kind of gross I took pictures of all the damages in that room, and i can't believe that they charge so much for a poorly taken care of room there was a big black stain on the floor between the the bed and the chairthe dresser that that tv sat on had damage ao did the table next to it, and same with the bathroom door and the wall next to the it and as well as the main wall had damage. Overall it was far too cheap to be that expensive of a room, i don't care if it had a kitchenette in it or not its still a cheap room... read more

There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. There was no shampoo or gel in my room. There was only one soap. There was a dirty towel on the curtain holder in the bathroom. And the main drawback is the location near the expressway, it was terribly noisy

I normally don’t do any reviews on any hotels but this one I had to. My partner and I stayed at this location because we had a concert to go to that was down the street. On the website of this hotel looked amazing nearby the Arena, nearby food ,beautiful neighborhood, quiet but once you went inside checked in it was terrible. Waited for staff for 30mins to check in. Was tired traveling 7 hours drive and staff was not at desk and had computer problems on top of that😡

The room was very dirty. There were stains on the wall. It was non smoking but reeked os smoke.

Worst stay ever Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at though hotel.com It just felt overall dirty and the quality of air was horrible it was a non smoking hall as well as room but the smell of cigarettes was all I smelt the whole time I was there the hallways also smelled very musty the shower was pretty dirty when it came to the shower floor I just didn’t really fell safe the window was broken and didn’t close properly let’s just say this was the worst money I’ve spent in a while
