I left this property because it was not cleaned well, dirty in the bathroom, smelled of smoke throughout, the elevator was not working. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I left and went to another hotel because of how disgusting it was.

Room was flooded with water. No one came til after 8pm to switch rooms

For a non-smoking hotel, it smelled like cigarettes. Could not take a good shower because of a broken shower head. The room carpet was also dirty.

Awful in all ways. This hotel was filthy, smelly, sketchy, with an awful bed and a rude staff. Never ever again.

When I got to the property there was no one at the front desk it said they would be back at 7:35pm. So I left and came back and still no one there. So I waited until like almost 8pm and finally the girl was there. She didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. Once I got in the room the bed seemed like a double instead of a queen which being it was two people sleeping it in was very uncomfortable.

Hotel por fuera bonito pero por dentro muy mal El baño estaba susio la carpeta en los pacillos tenía mal holor las llaves de la puerta no trabajaban para entrar al cuarto tuve que ir a recepción cuatro veces y no resolvieron el problema tuvieron que usar un aparato electrónico para abrir la puerta no avía agua fría en el lavamanos en el baño no cafetera para café como en hotros hoteles que me e hospedado en este lugar no me vuelvo a quedar el control de la Tv no tenia la tapadera y cada vez tenia que ponerle las baterías par... read more
