The rooms were disgusting and the smell of stale smoke permeated the entire room. It was disgusting. Hotel was “sold out” so we asked for a refund and left immediately. I highly recommend finding another hotel!

Too many problems Room I paid for wasn’t avail. Old soap and shampoo was left in shower. First morning there water was shut off for over three hours. Then the elevator was broken overnight-I was on the third floor. Then I came back from being out to two men in my room cleaning out the air conditioner. I DID NOT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION to enter my room. I called the front desk and they only said sorry and they had it scheduled for weeks prior. No one notified me at checkin or at any other point. One bad thing after another

Hotel needs to be better with cleanliness. Dirty elevator with hand prints. Cigarette smell in non smoking rooms. Blood in the carpet

I called the front desk multiple times before they answered, they didn’t have the room I ordered, and my room smelled like cigarettes.

Bad Review It was extremely dirty, run down and it smelled so bad. Like an old apartment complex.

My stay was very disappointing to say the least. When you walk in the lobby looks terrible and need of a serious makeover. I go to my room same thing, carpet is dirty with stains all over the place. I go in my room, same thing, carpet need replacing. Furniture scratched up. The ceiling is from the 70's.. i could not get upgrade to King size. I am not an habitual complainer, but this hotel was bad
