Room smelled but was clean. Waited 25mins just to check in

Deplorable Check in was BEYOND HORRIBLE, front desk "help" was rude made no eye contact and to make matters worse they didn't even know what credit cards were accepted at this motel. Our room was despicable,food in refrigerator and cabinets which proves the room was not cleaned the way they claim to clean them. Hallways were littered with trash, laundry room and washers smelt of mildew so I had to go to a laundromat off the property instead. The area was within walking to dining and the venue we were attending, great parking. Overall was very dirty, halls and floors weren’t cleaned. Sticky and needed vacuuming in halls and entry’s. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, no blow dryer or lotion or conditioner. The air was working awesome, so light bulbs need to be changed. The phone in the room was broken so we couldn’t call the front. This place got bugs nothing in the room worked and the place is sketchy

Too much bad to list everything. The photos online are deceiving. My daughter specifically asked me to find a hotel with good breakfast and a pool. Staff was rarely available at the front desk. Side door propped open with many outside smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Breakfast was a 33 cent granola bar and coffee, no options. The pool was dirty and unable to be used.
