Staff is rude, gave me dirty looks every time I went past the desk. It took them almost an hour to check us in, while other people came after us and were given their rooms right away. They triggered a fraud alert on my card by trying to charge me $270 after I checked out, then charged it again for $170. They tried to say it was because I had undeclared pets, but I had already paid the fee. My two dogs sat in the lobby with me for the hour it took us to get checked in. Waste of time and energy, just stay somewhere else.

No so hot Check in was easy, although we had to wait a bit. The hallway smells of smoke but the room was fine. There was a puddle of something sticky next to the toilet and a big spider behind it. The hand held shower head was laying in the tub because the piece that holds it was gone. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Room smelled but was clean. Waited 25mins just to check in

Room was nothing like i expected old dirty wont stay here again

Deplorable Check in was BEYOND HORRIBLE, front desk "help" was rude made no eye contact and to make matters worse they didn't even know what credit cards were accepted at this motel. Our room was despicable,food in refrigerator and cabinets which proves the room was not cleaned the way they claim to clean them. Hallways were littered with trash, laundry room and washers smelt of mildew so I had to go to a laundromat off the property instead. Breakfast is a joke and for 139.45 a night I'd rather sleep behind a building. Pleas... read more
