I called them 5 minutes before my daughter booked the hotel for me talk to the same guy who checked me in . I asked for assemble room he claimed they didn’t have any which turned out to be a lie (crazy) the guy need training in c/s talk to the lady at front desk next morning regarding the ants and nets she claims they only had one cleaning person.Finally they came and sprayed the room and windows had to sit outside for few hours due to smell. I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The entire hotel smelled like weed, and I can smell weed coming out of the next door rooms. I stayed in room 153 between July 23rd and 25th. To top that off, when I was checking out and about to leave my room, I saw a cockroach in the floor by the door. When I brought it up to the attention of the front desk, they nonchalantly said it was a water bug and it happens around here.

We decided to stay here because it was the closest to the Toyota arena. However, we chose this location over another because of the amenities. We payed more to have access to a pool, but the pool was out of service. I asked the rep in the front when they were going to repair the “emergency” something , and she had no idea. The pool had been out of service for a while. I wish there would have been an update on the page or some type of reimbursement since we didn’t get all amenities stated. Disgusting, smelled like smoke, you could hear people arguing. Smelled like botanical raid. Pool under maintenance…literally checked in and checked right back out. Waiting for refund still

Hi Don’t stay in this property if you have kids. In the night somebody pull fire alarm and people fight in the night so you can heard those noise. Dogs without leash in the lift. They charge you false charges like for me we took non smoking room and they charged $250.00 that we smoke in the room . I don’t understand that they don’t have common sense if we smoke we will choose smoking room . Don’t provide any house keeping for 10 days. We requested they just provide towels. Property is long term motel style. Drug deals and police activity nightly. I only slept there and couldn't wait to check out. Rooms were filthy - hair in shower, stained carpet. Noise and doors slamming all night night long. I rarely write reviews, but this place is bad. Beware.

The "hotel" is in terrible shape. It literally smells bad evrywhere. There are no amenities in the rooms, for fear of being stolen, I assume. People milling around outside all hours of the night. Some smoking weed right by front entrance. This place is a train wreck!!!
