Needs a renovation The front desk staff where amazing, very helpful & patient especially since my card had been stole hours before check-in and was on the phone with bank trying to pay for my stay. Unfortunately my non-smoking room smell so much like cigarette smoke i had to buy fabreez to try and get rid of the smell, the bed sheets & rooms towels also smelled like cigarette smoke. The flooring and carpet where stained not just in the room but the hallway too. I liked that it had a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator.

Not the cleanest Checkin staff were great. The lock on the room wouldn’t open and my key got stuck. Took 20 minutes after checking in to get in the room. Fridge was filled with spoiled food that I had to ask to have someone clean it out. Room smelled for the rest of my stay. Trash was never picked up

Overnight stay The room spelled of dog and cigarettes mind you it’s a non smoking hotel. The carpet was disgusting and bathroom was not completely clean. the hallway was dark and smelly as well and it seemed like people were actually living there. Overall it felt a bit sketchy and unsafe.

Floors where dirty and the property did not smell clean. No coffee from the time they said they would have coffee. Dryer eat my money and staff didnt help to get it back. Staff didnt know times when pool would be open or closed.
