Great service! Lonnie, Faith and Keven provided excellent customer service during our stay. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot it was turned into the front desk with all of my cards and money inside. I was called by the management to report it was found. It can’t get better than that.
Needs a renovation The front desk staff where amazing, very helpful & patient especially since my card had been stole hours before check-in and was on the phone with bank trying to pay for my stay. Unfortunately my non-smoking room smell so much like cigarette smoke i had to buy fabreez to try and get rid of the smell, the bed sheets & rooms towels also smelled like cigarette smoke. The flooring and carpet where stained not just in the room but the hallway too. I liked that it had a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator.
