It’s all good The door would not open to the room. They were very kind at the front desk made me new sense of cards. The door would still not open. It was then determined that it was probably the locking mechanism. So they quickly gave me another room minor inconvenience. The staff was extremely kind.

Elisha made this whole experience wonderful! There was an issue with the machine and checking me in. She was professional, funny, and keep me updated. She asked me about me comfort level as to what floor would I like. Just great customer service!
