Room isn’t clean! This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We got up and left after only sleeping about 5 hours. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

A HORRIBLE experience.. I desrve a refund... I arrived at the facilty and the front lobby was saturated with water and vomit because some ones kid threw up and they were trying to clean up. I finally checked into the room and the stove was left on by the previous tenants. The place smelled like mildew and the shower wasnt working so i didnt even get tobtake a shower. When i arrived after booking days in advance they had over booked and would not provide me wirh a room And i my credit card was still charged even tho i was denied a room that i booked

Monumental screw-up Upon arrival we were told that our paid booking for two rooms meant nothing and they had no rooms for us. We were on our own to find a new place to stay. How is this possible in this day and age? Out of the kindness of another guests, we were able to get one of their rooms. A room with one queen bed for 4 people. Shame on both Extended Stay and Hotels.com for letting this happen.
