Honestly, I really disappointing place. I didn't expect much for the price with the pictures of the property must have been when it first opened. Scuff marks on doors everywhere, corroded sinks, grout broken all over the place. Smoke detector falling out of the wall. Just left there. Lots of these are easy fixes, but it seems like no one cares about the upkeep of the property. We'll never go back, if I can help it

Pass on this place. Pick the hotel due to its location to the Toyota Arena. Check-in went fine, but once we got to the room, it was not what we expected mold in the bathroom, toilet backed up on first flush, always were dirty. It appears that they allow pets, sleeping with barking dogs and rooms next to you was difficult People yelling at each other in the middle of the night. The hallway leading to room has a bad smell, like cat urine/moldy/sour smell. Also smelled Marijuana coming from a room nearby. Our room 344 was not clean, trash was under the bed, including a cup. There was hair on the sink and on the back of the toilet, barely any toilet paper, had to request some from front desk. There was not any tissues or wash cloths either, had to request those at front desk as well. It was kinda noisy in the hallways. My wife saw cigarette ashes in the hallway as well. Nightmare My 14 year old I booked stayed here for 2 nights, no tissue was in the room, no chair to sit and do any work, the room was dirty, a pile of hair was on the side of the bed, the linen on bed was not changed, hair and spots as well as dirty smell on the linen, there were roaches in the room, and the bathroom ceiling was coffered with mold, thus stay was very traumatic, I was highly shocked considering the location… And price!!! I will never look to say in an extended stay ever again,EVER!!!

It had cockroaches, and the bed was bad . People walking in collecting linen strange maybe to wash unknown. Someone wanting a blanket downstairs and it wasn’t even folded. He said everything was inside a blanket strange.

Unhappy For a one night stay it was ok. However, hearing dogs and cats is something I’m not use to. Then there was the fact that I requested an accessible room and was put in the 3rd floor and not in an accessible room at all. I was very displeased the our accommodations.

it is an extended stay they should have basics like a coffee pot or coffee ,no ice machine ect ..
