The breakfast was awful they had no half-and-half no milk only artificially sweetened things.

Kitchen cabinets were completely empty. No coffee maker, no cups, even in the bathroom. Almost ran out of toilet paper. No extra roll. Mask requirement was flouted by staff and guests.

Just my experience When i entered my room the bed was not made properly it was messy. The sheets were not tucked in. Pillow were thrown on the bed. There were 0 towels, i had to ask the front desk. And walk back and wait in line again. That took forever to check in at least 20 mins The bathroom sink was flithy. And i honestly dont know why this review matters because all will you do is apologize but not compensate me at all. For a customer who is a frequent hotel.com user.

Not impressed Hotel was very noisy. Half of hotel is on 118 freeway very noisy. Front desk inefficient. Never stay there again.
