Dirty run down hotel. The building has been abused and so many areas need repainted or repaired. You can not comfortably walk without shoes in the room. I called down because toilet was not flushing and was told no one could look at it for 2 days. We were just staying the night and asked to be moved and was told they had no rooms to move us. Since we booked on hotels.com I could not pack up and leave

Typically the over all appearance of the property is decent. I greatly disliked booking a room through Expedia and arriving to find several people waiting for a room in the lobby. The clerks disappeared for 30 minutes not communicating with people waiting. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Eventually, got another room after a 25 minute wait on hold for Expedia customer service.

Extended stay I will not stay there again..Everything over price..poor service..linen not changed. Towels had to be pick up at front desk with used ones..Requested ironing Cover... never got. Laundry rates to high for washing clothes.. hotels rates to high for no service...

Bed full of dog hair I have started at many extended stays throughout my career. Usually, they are clean and comfortable no matter if they’ve been updated. This one was not. I pulled the comforter back to find dog fur, a lot of dog fur, and stains. The bathtub had pieces of soap stuck to the wall and wouldn’t drain. The microwave had stuck on food and the corners had cobwebs. I will definitely not be staying there again.

There was a bloody handprint on the shower curtain. Hair in the bathtub. Blood spots on the bathroom wall. The floor in the bathroom and the kitchen had residue and spots all over. The chair had residue dripped down the side. The sheets on the bed had stains. The refrigerator was rusty. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. The staff clearly smokes in the main office. They were very lazy and not helpful. This was an overall terrible stay.

"Non-smoking" The first "non-smoking" room we were in smelled like an all-night poker game had just wrapped up... I swear there was still actual smoke lingering in the air. The second "non-smoking' room we were given smelled like a regular ashtray. It was tolerable, but I still don't have the smell out of my CPAP. The stink took away entirely from the otherwise OK accommodation.

Close to hospital. However, not very clean. Wasn't informed about not cleaning room for 7 days. Ran out of toilet paper and towels.
