The staff resolved the refund issue pretty quickly. By me check in at 3 am in another hotel I lost a 104.00 so I lost money so booking and the hotel itself was horrible

Property was dated. Would at least like to have frezh towels daily.

Nothing at all terrible room terrible building horrible bathrooms

Never even got to stay had a family emergency and they still did t want to refund my money back

They’re canceled my reservation last minute and Expedia help me another hotel

This property overall was very disappointing. The first room given to me had not been cleaned. The second room #200 had furniture without drawer handles and one drawer didn’t even close. Then in the middle of the night a roach dropped on my head and I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. The staff supposedly sprayed and cleaned the room. That night I moved the recliner away from the wall and found two empty bottles, wadded up paper and a lot of dust balls. Apparently they never move the furniture to thoroughly clean. Bad Our first room - a/c not working nor was tv. Second room - bathroom had no door handles. Everything was worn and outdated. Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in!
