Disappointing Stay - Complained and No Response Upon checking in I hit my first of many snags. I was told that the room type that I booked was unavailable, so they did not have a room for me to check into and tried to turn me away. After I insisted that I had paid for a room and needed one, I was told that they could upgrade me from a queen to a two double room, which they did. The price was decent and the office staff friendly. Unfortunately, they were overshadowed by cleanliness and amenities. The shower had not been cleaned since the previous client as it still contained head hair pubic hair and even soap residue. Though it was cleaned up when I complained, the image was still in my mind and I never used it once during my stay. The property wasn’t well kept and the customer service at the front desk was really bad!

Refrigerator rusted, walls dirty, under beds dirty, stove dirty, tv reception was horrible, towels for 2 when we had 3 in our party. Breakfast included was coffee and that is it. Left one day early. Overall a horrible experience will be deleting our Travelocity application.

We booked two rooms online about a month in advance and the day before we came down we had called to see if we could check it any earlier, we were told that we could not due to them being completely booked for the entire weekend. Once we arrived the place was dead. We were 8 minutes to check it and told once again that we could not check in early. The man at the front desk was borderline rude. When we arrived to check in, we knew that we couldn't check in until pm but after being in the car for a while, we asked if we could use the bathroom and the employee working the check in desk told us no there isn't one.

We arrived to find our none smoking room smelling strong of smoke. With some difficulty we got another room. We stayed 5 days, not once was the room cleaned nor clean towels provided without having to go ask. There was an iron but no ironing board. TV had very bad reception. Stove did not work, Microwave was missing the turntable. If it had not been for having prepaid, we would have moved.
