The property is not maintained. The fixtures are missing the switches and the windows are broke. This property needs a renovation.

Would not use Expedia again. They put us in a queen bed and we needed a king. My husband is a big guy. The hotel was sold out so they could not give us a king room.

Not a great night... The price was good, but the room smelled, the carpet was damp, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I slept in the recliner. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, but I’ll never be back.

This property did not offer housekeeping. After noticing they didn't come the first day I inquired at the front desk and was advised that it has to be requested and that availability was still based on how many check outs were scheduled. I was allegedly scheduled for housekeeping two days later and when I inquired about it on the day of, I was advised that I could not get it despite the promise made by the other staff person. Gross and dirty. Non-smoking but smelled like fresh tobacco smoke and someone was smoking marijuana.

Room had trash under bed, sheets were dirty. Everything else was ok.

Our stay was not pleasant! We had a room the first night that the windows were out of the frame and The windows were out of the frames and wouldn’t close. The road noise was terrible along w the barking dog! Moved to a new room were the tv would not work and we were told that it could be looked at on Monday which was our check out day! The mattress was like a box spring. Checked out a day early and keep getting disconnected when we call to get a refund on our last day!

Extended stay advertises that they have "fully equipped kitchens." Be aware that by fully equipped it means that you are running to Walmart or Target to buy pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, etc. They do not clean the rooms each day, and you have to request clean towels and toilet paper when you run out. I would not stay here ever again.

Useless Staff When i checked my friend in to the hotel the front desk clerk was dismissive and passive aggressive. I managed to dismiss it as she was having a bad day. The next morning i had issues with the general manager. She said that the room i was asking to contact via phone was empty and that nobody by that name was staying at the hotel. When i tried to give her information she was dismissive and she didnt even bother to go and check the room herself to see if anyone was in it. Overall the experience was poor.
