Worst place ever the room was just gross nasty will never stay here again and it was extremely overpriced

Staff very short and unfriendly, Half worked on construct project in front room. The elevator felt and sounded like it was going to fall apart while I was in it. The room was run down, in need of renovation. I slept on top of the comforter. TV speaker was blown and could not understand anything being said. Overall not a very inviting experience.

I booked two rooms. We arrived at 3:20 PM (check-in is at 3PM). Our rooms were not ready. They did some adjusting to get us in one room so we could bring our bags in. Room 1 the bathroom fan didn't work and we had to have our keys reset three time in our two night stay. The other room the toilet over flowed. We had to cut off the water to limit the mess.
