Disappointing I did not stay after seeing my room and the feel of uncleanliness of the property. Also, the internet did not work at all. I had to go across the street and pay double.

The non-smoking room had a horrible smoke stench. The entire room was filthy. The lock on the door did not work.

After traveling for 12 hours we get to the hotel just to be told Expedia was supposed to call us and they are overbooked and don’t have rooms for us. Not the hotels fault, Expedia’s fault. I never received a call. I get an email from Expedia asking how my check-in was. Seriously? THEN I wake up this morning to charges on my account from the hotel. Not happy!

Dirty It was hard to get service at the front desk. The elevator floor had trash that wasn't picked-up. The room counters and sink was dirty. The tv didn't work. They wouldn't let me change room's due to the Coronavirus. Once you're in the room that's it. How is a dirty room not a health issue. I cleaned and disinfected the room myself and checked out the next day. I would have stayed a total of 7 days if the room was clean.

Smell bad The hotel hallway smells and the stairway is not well maintain or clean. You can see lots of dirt and footprints on the stairway. The room i stayed smelled very bad and i had to spray some disinfectant to get rid of the smell.

did not like the hotel. The carpet was old and torn. The room did not smell good. Lots of noise at night. I will not stay at this location anymore. i even left the next time was not worth staying the next day. very uncomfortable.
